Sesame Street is a legendary children's program that dates back to to 1969, and the show contained our personal favourite character - Oscar The Grouch - here in his original ORANGE suit, popping out of his trash can home, just as he was in the first couple of seasons. Whilst he eventually became Green suited, and designs changed slightly, his attitude toward "the street" did not, and he remained the rude and realistic slice of worldly observation that was deeply enjoyed growing up, life's not always cookies and tickles, you know what I mean. Some would even say, Oscar was there, for the adults watching.
